DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures

Although our website (“StellaPlus Premium”) is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, and thus have chosen to voluntarily comply with the Notice and Takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).  This Site qualifies as a “Service Provider” within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the DMCA.  Accordingly, it is entitled to certain protections from claims of copyright infringement under the DMCA, commonly referred to as the “safe harbor” provisions.  We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.  Thus, we observe and comply with the DMCA, and have adopted the following Notice and Takedown Policy relating to claims of copyright infringement by our customers, subscribers or users. 

  

Notice of Claimed Infringement

If your copyrighted material has been posted on StellaPlus.xyz or if links to your copyrighted material are returned through our search engine and you want this material removed, you must provide a written communication that details the information listed in the following section. Please be aware that you will be liable for damages (including attorneys’ fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that infringes on your copyrights. We suggest that you first contact an attorney for legal assistance on this matter.

 

(a)     an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

(b)     description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

(c)     a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (preferably including specific url’s associated with the material);

(d)     your address, telephone number, and email address;

(e)     a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and,

(f)     a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

(g)    Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

NOTE: To make this easier, simply send an email inclusive of your recent picture (not nude). Admin needs to verify you are the owner of the content. This is to prevent competitors from claiming free content removal on our site which reduces our site traffic.

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not properly being filed.
